Good to know

Workshop questions.

Anything else, ring the shop. Whoever picks up is probably holding a spanner.

Do I need to book?

For services, yes, so your bike goes straight on the stand. Punctures and small adjustments are fine to drop in.

What does it cost in parts?

Labour prices are fixed. If your bike needs parts, we ring with a price before we fit anything.

Which e-bikes do you work on?

Most hub and mid-drive systems. Battery and motor repairs that need the maker’s own tools go back to them, and we arrange it.

Can I wait while you do it?

For punctures and safety checks, often. There’s coffee and a bench in the shop.

Do you take cycle to work vouchers?

Yes, for bikes and accessories through the main schemes. Ask for a quote and we’ll send it to your employer.

What if I can’t collect on time?

No problem. We keep finished bikes for a week, then ask for a small storage charge.
